The hotel was amazing. The location was fantastic for our short city break and the staff on reception could not have been more helpful. Our room was clean and the beds were so comfortable. We got great nights sleeps as it was so quiet. Would highly recommend.

The Ambassador Hotel in Florence was situated. Conveniently 2 mins from Santa Maria Novella train station. The staff were friendly and the hotel was pleasant. I had a single room which was small but adequate.
The staff were friendly, and I really liked the girl who worked in the bar. Her name was Victoria.

This hotel is a total scam. They state that no outside food or drinks are allowed on the premises. One night, staff saw us bringing a pizza back to our room but said nothing at the time. The next morning, they suddenly demanded a €50 fine. We tried to reason with them, but they insisted on charging ...

Overall good , one runner in the gym was not working out of two so I couldn’t work out with my wife , breakfast lack of variety , not enough vegetables , good service , water was not going down in toilet, we asked to fix it but only in evening fixed it , room was good overall
