「We had a great stay. We had my 84 year old father and mother and three adult children and spouses and 2 adult grandkids with their spouses. The house was plenty big enough and the walk to the dock was nice and flat. We stayed in June during a massive heatwave in the upper 90s each day. We would like to come back in the fall. The kitchen was stocked with everthing imaginable and loads of china. My mother was so excited. We ate on different china for each meal. 」

「The view of the cove from the deck was great and a short walk to the deck and water. The cove was shallow but we were able to dock the pontoon. The house is a short boat ride to town. It felt like we were in the woods but actually in a neighborhood. I would stay there again. 」

「We had a wonderful stay at this lake front property. The house accommodated 3 generations of our family. The basement was perfect for the teenagers and kids. They enjoyed the ping pong and air hockey tables. We brought our boat and enjoyed so much time on the water, as well as floating, swimming and fishing from the dock. The communication from the owner was excellent and we highly recommend this vacation rental. 」

「This was our 2nd stay at this wonderful location. The 1st was my husband and I in the winter and it was a perfect cozy weekend. 「This home was absolutely perfect for our family vacation and the photos don’t do it justice! The view from the back deck is absolutely breathtaking. The dock was big enough to tie up our 2 jet skis, fish and relax for our whole family. The home provided plenty of activities to do from cornhole to kayaking and everyone slept comfortably. 「Our stay at Buggs Island/Kerr Lake was nothing short of amazing! The house fit our families needs perfectly. The kids loved the air hockey table downstairs. 「This was our second stay at this property and we thoroughly enjoyed it again!The property is clean, and the communication with the host was excellent. The people of Clarksville are so kind and welcoming. The location is great for lake activities, or exploring the area. We found some great local breweries and vinyards within reasonable distance and of course enjoyed Buggs Island Brewery for live music lakeside in the evenings. Highly recommend!!」

「The cabin was very cute, it is really for people who are younger and wants to camp out. For us it was not a good fit. It was discribed as a two room but it’s really only one room with a loft for sleeping. The water pressure is very low and the electric kept going out. My dad has a C-pac so we had to leave and find somewhere else to stay.」
