Don’t bother

Lots of maintenance has been ignored. Furniture needs cleaned in living room.Second bedroom no windows very small no nitights no closet. Second bathroom tiny no safety handles in tub/shower no nite lights

Nice place

Could be cleaner, but no place has been perfect. Decent view. Pool on site. Having a restaurant on site is really nice. Easy access to beach. Not over crowded. Beds were alright. No closet in extra bedroom (did not realize this). The remote for the extra bedroom was missing, so we were unable to turn on the light (had to use the lamps) and we were unable to change the setting for the fan. But overall it was pretty quiet and a good place to stay. Biggest thing of all - pet friendly. Thank you!!! So nice being able to bring my dog with me. He enjoyed it too!

Tybee for February

Condo is nice. Lovely view of ocean and pools. Comfortable furniture and beds. Hot water is restricted in shower which was a bit of a bummer. Our only problem was we didn’t realize Tybee Island does not allow dogs on the beach. Not the condos fault, but for this reason we won’t return to the island.

The condo was nice. Dishwasher very hard to turn on. Garbage disposal didnt work. The floor looked clean but wasnt the walked across floor and your feet where black. Needs beyter water pressure

Great getaway

The property was great - and perfect for our family of three to take a quick spring break getaway. There was still some construction happening at the pool area, but we were aware of the construction timeline at the time of booking, and it did not take take anything away from the experience.

Good last minute trip

We booked this very last minute after having to cancel a different trip so didn't do a lot of research. We got lucky because this place was great. Right on the beach and easy access to lots of local restaurants. The property managers were very easy to deal with. The pool area was currently under construction (which was in the description, so not a surprise) but it looks like it will be great when it's done. Our only complaint was the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and the bedding was very thin. The couch could also be replaced. These small changes would have earned an extra star.

Great but not fabulous

First of all anyone coming here should be prepared for the inability for them to turn over the properties by the 4 pm check in. Almost everyone waiting In the lot was waiting for their room to be ready. They need more cleaning staff and more personnel. The owner should consider moving the Coach to the opposite wall. The living room is set up to face the complex instead of facing the ocean view. The master bedroom is extremely hot. They need blackout shades to cut the heat during the day in both the living room windows and master bedroom. Or perhaps the hoa needs awnings to help with the heat. Also, it appears the rugs aren’t washed very often since they were covered in sand when we checked in. There was so much sand in the living room from the rug. The kitchen needs a new omelette pan there’s is extremely old and used. It’s a nice place but is more of a college partying kind of place than family friendly. The Deck restaurant was a pleasant surprised. I’d rather go to Jekyll than Tybee Island.
