Awesome location in Savannah's Historic District! This carriage house apartment has a compact designer kitchen and ultra stylish furnishings. Private garage parking for 1 small car below the rental is an added luxury!
Steps from dining, shopping and tourist landmarks. King size bed + single cot pullout chair for person #3 if needed in living room.

Garage bay fits a small or medium size car and the garage door is roughly 91" wide and 83" tall. If your vehicle is large the street parking is free to the public on this block.

On this site there is a no refund policy but we offer premium travel insurance through CSA Generali as an add on to your booking to protect you from unforseen covered reasons that prevent travel.

Note that the patio is shared between 3 units at this Triplex building. There is no shared indoor space

Great place to stay. In a reasonable walking distance to all the hot spots of Savannah. Very easy communication and a great place to stay for a couple with a younger child.

This place was absolutely perfect and the garage was an added plus! We had a Mazda CX-50 for a rental car and it fit perfectly! If we come back to Savannah we will definitely be staying here again!!

Perfect Location

Great Place!

This was the perfect place for my husband and I for our 1night stay! Very clean and perfectly layed out. Our SUV wouldn’t fit in the garage but street parking was really close by and plentiful. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay in Savannah!

The rental was very clean and well taken care of. Check in was so easy. The rental was very close to everything we wanted to do and having the garage was so nice so we didn't have to worry about finding parking. My Jeep Compass fit but it was pretty snug

This suite is very nicely appointed. Easy walking distance. Very nice to have a garage. Be aware the garage space is a bit tight. Also a narrow steep stairway if that is a problem for anyone. We were very comfortable there.

Nice apartment

Enjoyed our stay at this cute little place. When we arrived I was taken aback a bit because the entrance is in an alley with no front entrance. The draw for us was that it had a designated garage parking spot for our rental car. We could walk from there to the historical homes and landscaped city squares and the waterfront. There is a Kroger grocery store nearby that was convenient. The bed was very comfortable.

Girls getaway

Great little studio apartment in a good location if you don’t mind walking a little further. I didn’t drive the whole trip except when we went on a ghost tour and didn’t want to walk in the dark. It was perfect for us and was able to explore all of Savannah by foot. 10 /10 recommend!!

This apartment was just perfect

We were in for 2 nights on our way further south and this was the perfect stopping point. The apartment was easy to find (as directed), communication with owner was very good. Apt was immaculate and although “small”, it had everything we needed. The bathroom had large shower with soap dispensers that were well marked, No guessing which was shampoo … also makeup mirror was much appreciated. Bed very comfortable. But the location.. that was my favorite part, walked everywhere. Would definitely stay here again.

Location, Location

This beautifully decorated apt was everything the photos showed it was & more. This was my 1st visit to Savannah - my husband & l went for a couple days for my birthday. We parked our vehicle in the garage that was provided & never brought it out again until it was time to leave for home. We were able to walk to so many cool places. There are quite a few bars & restaurants all within a 6 block or so radius. And then walking to River St was a breeze with so much to see & stop at along the way. I just can't say enough about the awesome time we had & loved staying in such a convenient place. We felt safe walking after dark etc. l know we will be back & my 1st choice of where to stay will be this adorable rental if available.
