"The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were the right size for us. The outdoor pool was the perfect temperature. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great."

"The pool was closed because they neglected to get it pre approved by board of health which needed to be done. Someone dropped the ball on that. I was very disappointed since the pool was the main reason I booked the property. I was not happy and insisted to be recompensed for that and was given a 25% refund on our room for the entire stay (the squeaky wheel gets greased). Our room was not cleaned when we returned at 2:45 which is unacceptable for people staying multiple nights. We needed to shower and dress for an event so we just exchanged used towels for new towels and made our own beds. Not something I want to do on vacation. The hallways need a refresh. Carpets fraying and need to be repainted. Lastly our bathroom was in need of refresh. If all these things get addressed the hotel would be worth the price. Otherwise not."

"When we checked in they gave us the key’s to the room that they had assigned us, as soon as we entered, the room wasn’t ready, the furniture was very dirty. Even after giving us another room, it also came out to be dirty. Terrible experience."

"It is downtown so do not expect any views. Our window looked out at a wall, but we did not choose this hotel to catch views from indoors. Although a little further from the River Walk, it is still very easy to walk through downtown Savannah and make it out this way. We enjoyed the well-lit path we had found to get to and from our spots. Very Clean, with a nice lobby. It is right next to very affordable city parking that made it very east to park and forget about our vehicle. Not necessary to valet. We would come back here again for sure,"
