This historic cottage is located within walking distance of nearly everything within the Savannah historic district! Carefully furnished in a purposeful colonial style, our space will sweep you away to simpler times. The cottage has a quaint, almost suburban, feel but is very much right in the heart of the action. With relevant, sometimes humorous, decor, you will feel right at home in this comfy condo!

Perfect location

My wife and I stayed here and we loved it. The location was perfect as we were in walking distance of everything. The place is perfect for two and we enjoyed its charm, check in was easy and so was parking. We enjoyed it and will stay here again!

Great Location, Great Host

Great location for exploring Savannah. Just a couple of blocks from the free bus line. Ryan, the host, was VERY responsive! Cottage was just right for the two of us.

Great place for two

While the location meant a little longer walk to the touristy stuff, it was not enough to rule out staying there and we knew that going in. For us, the cottage was great and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Very comfortable. Communication with the Host, Ryan was great and he checked in often.

Perfect location and stay

My husband and I found this cottage to be a perfect location that was within walking distance to all things to see and experience in Savannah. The cottage contained everything needed for us to feel at home. We were so impressed by the eye to detail for the needs of the guests.

Great place, intown, easy in and out

Cute place, close to restaurants, onsite easy parking, felt like a safe location. In the historic district so plenty of self guided walking tours of squares and architecture. Clean, nicely furnished, everything as advertised. Very hot when we were there, AC worked great.

The location is fantastic. Close enough to walk to the hustle and bustle places but far enough away to enjoy quiet nights. The rental is very clean, easy to access and in a convenient location. Will plan to stay here again if we ever return to Savannah.

Perfect location

The cottage was cute and clean. It had everything I needed. Communication with owner was prompt and friendly. I could walk everywhere I wanted to go from there. Everything was in working order. I would happily stay here again.

Beach Institute Stay

This is a great location and a perfect place for couples who enjoy having a place within walking distance to many historic sites and restaurants in Savannah. It is also close to a couple of the orange trolley tour ($) stops. The cottage is cozy and comfortable so we didn’t mind having to delay our activities and watch some TV because of rain. If we ever head back to Savannah, we hope this place is available.

Perfect!

My husband and I have been to Savannah several times and we've stayed at some really nice places. I have to say, this property was absolutely perfect for us. The size is perfect for couples and the hosts thought of every little thing that would make our stay fantastic. It's centrally located, so you can walk to all of the places you would want to go. We also enjoyed hanging out on the little front porch for a pre-dinner drink. And I don't know where they got the bed linens, but they were so luxurious. You will not be sorry if you book this wonderful property!

Great weekend getaway

Everything was great about the rental. We had zero issues!! Bed slept great, super hot water, plenty of extras like shampoo and soaps etc and we didn’t need to purchase anything. If you’re looking to be within walking distance to downtown, this place is about 20 minutes to City Market. There’s so much to see and do in Savannah and you won’t be disappointed in your vacation to this city and staying in this property. Thanks Ryan!!

Mother/daughter trip

We enjoyed our stay. The cottage was clean and matched online description. The room was a bit tight for our luggage. No dressers so basically lived out if suitcase which was ok. We were able to walk to river street and mostly everywhere. It was great having a parking spot specially for our cottage and not fighting for street parking. The owners were very communicative and easy check in and out. Had a great time.

Perfect Little Getaway

We had a fantastic time. The cottage was perfect for our get away. The location was convenient to all the of Savannah hot spots as well as a really easy ride to Tybee. Ryan was a super host and very communicative. The only issue we had was the trash bins in the gravel parking lot were blocking the reserved spots at one point, and a larger trash bin in the kitchen would have been a bit more convenient. I was difficult to even come up with suggestions because the cottage was so awesome. We will book again.

Great stay

Property was exactly as described and all of the previous comments about the comfort level of the bed were completely accurate! The master bedroom had a bed that felt like you were sleeping on a cloud!! Communication with the owners was fast and efficient! The only negatives were the comfort level of the pull out bed and the overall musty smell of the apartment. Interesting though on days it rained the musty smell went away

The unit is extremely comfortable for two people. It is surprisingly spacious for its size. We sat in comfortable chairs to watch TV in the evening. I used the sofa for reading at night. The kitchen is modern and the dining room table is plenty big. The king-size bed is exceptionally comfortable. The closet has plenty of space to hang clothes, although there is not enough floor space in the bedroom for a dresser. The bathroom has a great shower and was very clean. The air conditioning kept the unit quite cold when desired. Having a private parking space outside was great. The location is just a couple of blocks away from a stop for the free "dot" city bus system. The dot system has two routes that cover pretty much the whole city. Great system for tourists and residents alike... Communication was very good with the hosts both before and during our stay. We had to spend a day inside the unit during a hurricane, and it weathered the storm extremely well. We didn't lose electricity and were comfortable the whole day. It was a very enjoyable stay, and we would definitely book the same property again.

Comfy cottage in historic Savannah

We were in Savannah for 3 days and our stay here was great!! The location is just right and you can walk to about everything. I think the longest walk was 15 minutes to one of the shops we wanted to go to and the shortest was 5 minutes to a restaurant named Clary's for breakfast (which I highly recommend). The house was very clean and in a quiet location just off the beaten path plus it had all we needed for the stay. Communication with the hosts Ryan and Nick was easy and they were quick with their replies / information. We do want to go back at some point and will stay here again if available.
