Staff were very good and extremely helpful with requests. There is a 24 hour reception and a small bar/restaurant in the hotel. Rooms are large and very clean. Quiet with the exception of flight noise.
This appears to be the closest hotel to the airport. Bus number 973 from arrivals will take you to the hotel which is just 2 stops away (0.9 miles). Just 3 minutes walk from the bus stop to the hotel reception. Similarly, 973 bus from the same stop will take you to the airport departures. Number 973 bus will also take you to the historic city centre. Seems to run every 30 minutes over the weekend.
Pro tip - Do not use Uber for travel as they are at least 2 to 3 times more expensive than the taxis. If using Uber app, book a taxi through the Uber app at 1/2 to 1/3 the price (taxis just charge what's on the meter).

Front staff were nice however when we checked in two young girls were sitting on the counters... and then the same girls tried to enter our room shortly after we went into our room. We didn't feel safe leaving our valuables. Also no airconditioner.

This is a very nice hotel, with wonderful staff. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast is ample and varied -- eggs, bacon, pastries, yogurt, cereal, toast, juices, coffees, etc. The hotel is in the exact center of town. An amazing concept which was clean and tidy. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Would recommend even if not intending to ski (we were passing through en route home from Greece)
