I am sorry you were unhappy with the service. Because our dinners are made fresh to order it does take 30 - 40 minutes. We pride our-self on providing the freshest ingredients, made to order to your taste by our expert chef. It is also a struggle during festival time to serve as many so many guest when several of our staff our celebrating away with their families. I do hope you will come again and allow us to show you our delectable entrees.

Good budget option in chitwan.
Free breakfast, nice rooms. Staff were all great did a bunch of tours with them and they we're all great as well!

Nice for the price
The hotel was going through updates during our stay. The outdoor area was beautiful and quiet. The inside of the room was in of fresh paint and the pipes smelled if anyone else used the water in the building. The staff was nice and easy to work with.
