The house, built in stone and all on one level, sits on a large terraced plot, allowing everyone to enjoy either sun or shade as they prefer.

The interior includes:

A spacious, bright living area with a fully equipped open kitchen
An adjoining wooden terrace for outdoor dining, with views of the village’s illuminated bell tower
Three bedrooms, each with a double bed and storage space
Two additional sleeping options (convertible armchairs)
A bathroom with a shower
Separate toilet
At the back of the house, a courtyard runs along the entire building — ideal for relaxing.

On another terrace, a large sunny patio surrounds the private pool, fully secured with wrought iron fences and locks. Available for your use: sun loungers, outdoor lounge area, and games area (petanque, Molky, badminton).

##Access

The property is accessed via a country road, with parking available nearby.
You will be welcomed in person for key handover.
In case of arrival after 8:00 PM, an additional fee may apply.

The GR hiking trail passes just below the property, and the village of Saumane is within walking distance.

##Interaction

We will be available throughout your stay to assist with anything you need and to recommend the best local spots.
You will receive a warm welcome upon arrival.
