「We arrived, after 24 hours of travel, to a clean, air conditioned haven. They allowed us to check-in a bit early as we arrived sooner than expected. Self check-in was clear and easy. The room looked brand new and had a very cool refrigerator on the wall, plus a beautiful rain shower, a king sized bed, WiFi etc. We were very comfortable and happy with the location. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. 」

「82 steps to your room, I understand no elevators however this should be clearly stated. A room on the 4th floor with 82 steps when travelling with elderly parents is not good 」

「The villa enjoys a tranquil countryside setting while still offering convenient access to Bologna’s main attractions. Guests often take advantage of the nearby hiking trails, visit the Marconi Museum, or make the scenic trip to the Basilica of San Luca. That said, some visitors have found the property a bit tricky to locate at first, citing its remote position and the presence of several entrance gates as potential challenges during arrival.」
