Delightful authentic stables of character from a 17th century country farmhouse - steeped in history & fully restored - nestled in a peaceful setting in the countryside, 10 km from the town center of Chalon-sur-Saône labeled "Ville d'Art & d'Histoire" (full amenities & many cultural and leisure facilities to discover on site). In a peaceful residential hamlet nestled on the edge of the forest, fields & meadows, a stone's throw from the banks of the Saône along the Voie verte & EuroVélo6 (connected to the canal du center from Chalon), adjoining a natural protected & classified in "Zone Natura 2000" for the quality of its ecosystem. Prime location close to the world-renowned vineyards of the Côtes de Beaune, Hautes Côtes de Beaune & Côtes Chalonnaises (first vines about fifteen km away) and various wine routes including the illustrious "Route des Grands Crus" (crossing the mythical wine-growing villages of Puligny-Montrachet, Pommard, Meursault, etc., close to hiking trails that are both wild or marked out in "green walks" as well as several cycle routes referenced "lovely cycling loop" winding between vineyards and wilderness.
