Desiree and Nathan made our stay extra special with personalized notes welcoming us and going out of their way to accommodate a last-minute late checkout. The house is immaculate, and I was proud to host our family from Australia here. The decor is beautiful, and the hot chocolate bar was a treat. The hot tub was sparkling clean and warm. I'll recommend The Cozy Hippo to any group wanting to visit around the table in the kitchen or on the soft couches in the living room - and then I'm not even talking about the two downstairs areas. Thank you for a lovely stay!"

"We chose this rental because of the hot-tub so it was used a lot. The kitchen was great as far as space goes, but was poorly supplied. We had 1 tea towel, 1 dish cloth, 1 frying pan, 1 pot. For a family it was challenging to cook a meal together, but maybe that was part of the fun of gathering and creating together. "

"Four siblings and two spouses enjoyed our stay. Beds were very comfortable in all four rooms. We were lucky with the weather, so we could use patio table/chairs as well for meals as kitchen only had four chairs. "
