"Let’s start with the host, Ana. She was exceptional as a host and her home made fresh bread and goat cheese were a treat! Her rental unit was fantastic, a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath stone house on a hill overlooking a mountain!. The upstairs patio and the 1st floor patio and jacuzzi made our stay that much better! "What a stunning place! Sandrine greeted us when we arrived and showed us around. The ensuite room was small but perfectly appointed for our stay. There was a lovely lounge with comfy sofas amd a TV. The outside space was beautiful, with ample seating for ourselves and other guests. We didn't take a dip in the pool but it looked so inviting. We will definitely be booking again for a longer stay just so we can try out the pool!! Oh and I can't not mention breakfast, fresh eggs, fresh pastries and fresh fruits - whats not to enjoy?? Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome, we will be back!"

"So much history at this property. It is beautiful. While we were FaceTiming with our son, he commented on the church behind us. We clarified that it was a former convent and it was our hotel. He thought that was really special. So did we. The staff was great and very helpful in making suggestions on what to see and where to eat. We wish we had more time as there is so much history within a 60 mile (100 km) radius of Serta. Specifically the knights of the Templar. It is fascinating. The property is right next to a beautiful park and the Roman Bridge, which led to the best restaurant in town. The food there was amazing and the prices were very reasonable. The only issue we had with our room was our air conditioner would not come on after it shut off (taking the room key out of the slot or opening the door to the patio). The staff was super helpful in resetting things from the front desk when it was needed (about 5 times). The staff was apologetic, but made sure we were happy. We have traveled a lot and the buffet breakfast here was one of the best we have ever had. There was a huge variety of food from 8-10 different fresh fruit options, 12-15 pastry options, 8-10 fresh cheeses and meat, yogurt, granola, hot eggs, bacon and sausages. If you leave hungry, it is your own fault. We are looking forward to our next trip so we can stay longer. This is the place to stay in Serta."

"Wonderful stay—highly recommended! Upon arrival, the receptionists were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which set a great tone for our stay. The room was perfectly clean and came equipped with an espresso coffee machine, which was a lovely touch. We also really enjoyed the good breakfast. Although we didn't have time to use all the amenities the hotel has to offer, like the spa and the outdoor pool, we had a fantastic experience. We will definitely return if we are back in the area!"
