Ideally located, you only need to cross the road to lay your towel on the beach and enjoy the calm ocean waters. Perfect for accommodating up to 11 people, this furnished house offers all the comfort for successful holidays: a large garden with children's games, a vast terrace equipped with a barbecue for your summer meals, and spacious living areas. Enjoy the many water activities nearby, walks along the coastal path, and don't miss tasting local specialties such as Gulf oysters, Breton crepes, or artisanal cider.Enter through the entrance door and discover a bright, spacious living area with direct access to the terrace. The independent and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) offers everything you need to cook with ease. Maison avec un grand terrain incroyablement placée juste en face du petit port et à 2 pas de la plage.Par contre, terrain non clos, et pas de portail, donc pas vraiment adapté avec des jeunes enfants ou animaux de compagnie.Et surtout, assez peu d'intimité. En outre, le bourg est relativement calme, mais la proximité immédiate du port, du resto "chic" du coin et du vendeur de crêpes / gauffres fait qu'il y a malgré tout quelques nuisances...Mais c'est le prix à payer pour être en centre bourg...
