Ideally situated, you only need to cross the road to lay your towel on the beach and enjoy the calm waters of the ocean. Perfect for accommodating up to 11 people, this furnished house offers all the comfort for a successful holiday: a large garden with children's games, a vast terrace equipped with a barbecue for your summer meals, and spacious living areas. Enjoy the numerous water sports activities just a stone's throw away, walks along the coastal path and don't miss tasting local specialities such as Gulf oysters, Breton crêpes or artisanal cider.



Pass through the front door and discover a large, bright living space with direct access to the terrace. The independent kitchen, fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher), provides everything you need to cook with ease. For your breakfasts, you will find a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso machine. Share your meals around the large extending table that can accommodate up to 11 guests. In the evening, gather in the lounge, comfortably settled in the sofas, with a coffee table and a television.



At the end of the corridor there are four bedrooms: two double bedrooms (140x190 cm bed) with en-suite bathroom, one of which has a toilet, a bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm) and a last one with a single bed (90x190 cm). An additional bathroom and an independent toilet complete the ground floor.



Climb the stairs leading to the mezzanine where you will discover a library space with desk, perfect for working from home in peace and quiet. You will also find a double bedroom (140x190 cm bed) with en-suite bathroom, and another bedroom equipped with two single beds (90x190 cm). A bathroom with shower and a separate toilet are located between these two bedrooms.



For even more comfort, a washing machine is at your disposal during your stay.
