Accommodation description:
Fine holiday home type Longiere (elongated building), located on a hill 10 minutes from the most beautiful spots of the Dordogne!
Through the spacious kitchen you enter the long corridor where you will find the two bedrooms, the lounge and the bathroom. It is nice and cool in summer, and outside there are several terraces, a brand new swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers.
It is very quiet and has superior views from the pool and upper terrace!!!
The very friendly homeowner lives next door to this house and will help you where needed, but grants you all the privacy!
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
