There was no coffee in the room. When we asked for some, the young man at the desk said he did not have the key to the cupboard that held the coffee. We had to carry our suitcases down the stairs and the young man at the desk never said “sorry the elevator is broken; thank you for staying with us; how was your stay?”. Nothing. Very poor customer service.

We stayed here only one night. It was very clean, modern, quiet and new. We will be returning here at the end of the week. The only problem is its location - quite far from the center of Bonifacio.
