"I was in a premium room. There was a beautiful view with plenty of space and amenities. The staff were very helpful and answered my queries about the area. I also had a treatment at the spa which was lovely."

"Our room had plenty of space, the bed was comfortable and tea and coffee was available. It had a large bathroom and the shower was excellent. Bottled fresh water was provided every day which we kept cold in the fridge. We had a nice view over the pool with the ocean in the background. However…. I did go around with a screwdriver tightening the door and drawer knobs and some hinges on the cupboard doors. A lightbulb wasn’t working and a USB socket was unusable - obviously these hadn’t been reported to maintenance. "

What let it down was inconsistency - I was asked why I didn’t leave the key when I went out for the day (it was needed to get back into the compound) No towels had been placed in the room so had to be requested - power plugs to t.v. Did not fit the power sockets so an adapter needed to be brought - T.v. Service card needed to be topped up before being able to access channels. room was serviced after 1st night but not 2nd. No water supply on 3rd day but no notification that work was being undertaken. Flaky WiFi throughout. Without these preventable issues it would have been a good stay."
