Welcome to our cute, spacious, sun filled and newly renovated Beach Villa. A Happy place for sandy feet, friends, and family. The Villa is located 1 block away from world famous Lido Beach, a 7 min walk to St Armand's Circle, and a short 3 mile drive to grocery shopping & the excitement of downtown Sarasota. The 2 bdr villa comfortably sleeps up to 6 people and features a private outdoor patio, spacious dining area, in-unit washer/dryer & dedicated parking. Come enjoy a taste of paradise!

FREE open air trolley service The Bay Runner available from 8am till midnight 7 days week. Closest stop to the villa - Lido Beach/Jonh Ringling Blvd/Ben Fr Dr will take you all way to downtown Sarasota! See route map in the listing photos.

The location of this property is excellent! It is walking distance to the beach. The beach is beautiful! It was also very close to Armand Circle where you can find many shops and restaurants. The communication with the hosts was excellent! They were very attentive and responded to any questions in a timely manner. The home is comfortable for a small family. The villa was extremely clean, had everything we needed, very comfortable beds, and a great location. One block to Lido Beach, and about five blocks to St Armands. In a quiet neighborhood. Hopefully will have the chance to stay again. The owner was very resposive to questions.

The location of this property is perfect- close to the beach, St Armands Circle and Sarasota. I exercise at Orange Theory and there is a studio about 7minute drive away. My husband loves pickleball and there are courts about 10-15 minutes away.The property is clean and well kept.We had a great stay!

This is the 2nd time my family and I have stayed at the villa. We had another fantastic stay! The villa is very clean and stocked with anything you made need to make your stay feel like home (full kitchen with all supplies, plenty of linens, etc). Location is perfect! Just a short walk to beautiful Lido Key beach and St. Armand’s Circle. We will 100% be returning again in the figure and highly recommend to anyone wanting a nice, relaxing vacation.
