By booking La Casa Blanca Retreat, you confirm that you have read, understood the rules listed below and you acknowledge that you may incur a fine if any of the rules below are violated.

| There is a long-term tenant located on the garage side of the home. The garage and left side of the yard are off limits to guests. There is a privacy fence to separate the spaces.

| Parking is on the left side of the driveway and the grass area. The right side is reserved for the long-term tenant.

| We allow 1 dog under 20 lbs only. If you are bringing a service animal, please provide documentation upon booking.

| Smoking is permitted outside the lania only. Please throw away the butts.

| There is not enough room to park a RV or boat trailer. Please do not bring to the property.

| There is a $500 fine for undisclosed pets (service pets with documentation excluded)

| If the guests do not pick up dog waste there will be a fee of $50 that will be charged.

| Please crate your pets when you are not at the house. If a crate is needed, please advise and we will provide one for you.

| Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. An extra cleaning fee will be added if fur is found in beds or on furniture.

| We require valid govt id for each guest at booking.

| We have a strict nonsmoking policy inside the home.

| There is a $3,000 fine for smoke inside the home

| No loud music or noise is allowed past 10pm and please be courteous to the neighbors on either side.

| Any gatherings over the approved guests have to be discussed and approved prior to booking.
