4-plex apartment "D" (first floor, king bedroom, post storms restored / all new interior-additional updated pictures soon) is located just across Gulf Drive from the Gulf waters and in the middle of Bradenton Beach city on southern end of Anna Maria Island.

Walk to all convenience: Walking distance to the best the island has to offer, including the FREE AMI Trolley, Historical Bridge Street, The Bradenton Beach city pier, the Bay, lots of restaurants, shops, bars, ice cream parlors, and of course one of the BEST island beaches in America.

Watch the frequently seen dolphins from the beach just across Gulf Drive... Stay here for your beach wedding or family reunions.

An hour or so before the sunsets, fire up the large stainless grill in the large enclosed picnic area (lighted & on property) and enjoy your meal while watching the sunset from your living area apartment window...

• Last minute: When / if available and you wish to book within 24 hours of arrival you may “contact host,” below to submit your last minute booking request.

We had a wonderful stay and the location was perfect. It was within walking distance to everything. I found it was very quiet at night which I wasn't expecting because of the road so near by. The owner was very responsive and very kind. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great little apartment, excellent location, host (Captain Mike) is super responsive and accommodating. Loved the beach chairs and towels and patio out back. Will book again if we come back to AMI!

Perfect place to stay

I could not love this place more just don't want to go back home...it was the best location ever 2to 3 minutes to the beach, and all kind of restaurants and bars. This place was extremely clean with awesome manager Mike ..love the backyard with the hammock and ample seating outside. I totally stay here again

Super convenient to where we wanted to be

We were there for a special occasion and it was near to a nice restaurant (Beach House-yum!), the beach access was right there, and close to Bridge Street and shopping. The staff were super helpful in helping us retrieve an item we left behind. In all, a perfect little getaway.

Great Location

We had a lovely stay in the villa. Restaurants, shops, and beach are only steps away. Mike takes great care in maintaining the property, inside and out. Having a propane grille and washer/dryer on the premises is a big plus.

This was a super location with a close and unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. The facility was excellent, inviting, happy, and very suitable for a beach apartment. My wife and I loved it and will definitely stay there again. We very highly recommend it.

Just Wonderful

The villa was spotless and stocked with everything you need. The location was within walking distance of the beach and many restaurants and stores. Great place to stay...loved the back patio, quiet and private. Will definitely stay here again! Cute and cozy.Bed was super comfortable too.
