Nice room, comfortable bed very wellclean everywhere. Breakfast buffet ok, but I prefer better quality, and local products. No any upgrade for gold members. Most of the stuff is students which are trying their best but...

I told my daughters to europe as a graduation present and our 1st stop at Athina Palace Resort and Spa was amazing. When we checked in after midnight, they had a light dinner and wine waiting for us. The staff was responsive, helpful, friendly and professional. The resort was clean and the food was delicious. My only small complaint is a more consistent schedule for the shuttle service around the resort. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Amazing stay. Very tranquil property and extremely clean and well kept. Katerina was their absolute best waitress. If you did get anyone but her service was honestly subpar. And if you’re staying multiple days the menu can honestly become mundane. But there are restaurants just a quick 5 minute walk away. If you are looking to visit the beach more than the pool this isn’t the area to stay. The beaches are VERY rocky. Huge rocks.

The all inclusive is nice but food is higher end cafeteria food. Other than the the staff was very friendly and helpful. Place was clean and well maintained

It has been one of the best resort experiences we've ever had. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. A special thank you to Aman, Sofia, Effie, Fotini, and Claudia at the front desk for making our first visit to Crete so welcoming and memorable. We'd also like to thank Chef Stelvio, Chef Eva, Christian, and the restaurant team. I have a gluten allergy, and Chef Stelvio took the time to explain the food labels and even noticed that I had chosen something that wasn't gluten-free before I ate it. That level of care, along with Chef Eva's attentiveness, made me feel safe and able to truly enjoy every meal. The sea is close by , two beautiful swimming pools and the staff also have many excursion options available for booking at the front desk. The beautiful resort, exceptional service, and genuine kindness of the entire staff made this an unforgettable stay. We can't wait to come back and will gladly recommend the Peninsula Resort to our family and friends!
