Room was clean, staff were really friendly! Breakfast was excellent! Lots of different choices! Hotel has a garage and we felt very safe by leaving car in the garage and walking to bascarsija which only took about 6-7 min to walk! My whole family stayed throughout different times at this hotel. Thank you for everything! Keep up the great work.

Room service was poor, and the breakfast and coffee were honestly some of the worst I’ve had in Bosnia. The hotel is advertised as “close to the center,” but reaching it requires hiking up a steep mountain, which is not practical for most travelers. On top of that, they charged me 25 EUR for a lost key — nearly the cost of a full night — which is excessive. I wouldn’t stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel for one night while passing through, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. The hotel felt extremely old and poorly maintained. Everything seemed worn out, outdated, and generally unclean, which made the entire place feel unpleasant. Instead of feeling comfortable, we just wanted to leave as soon as possible. Since we arrived very late, we had no real choice but to spend the night there. Otherwise, we would have definitely booked a different hotel. Overall, we were very dissatisfied with our stay and would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Vi var en gruppe på fire. Vi blev pænt modtaget og fik gratis opgradering af de to værelser vi havde bestilt. Morgenmaden var fin. Wifi var super . Personalet var hjælpsomme. Det er bare små ting som et løst toiletbræt Som vi selv fixede.

Wir hatten insgesamt einen guten Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Frühstück war wirklich super. Es gab sehr viel Auswahl und es war auch sehr lecker. Das Personal war durchweg super freundlich und aufmerksam. Uns wurde sogar von sich aus angeboten, unser Zimmer mit Doppelbett gegen eines mit zwei Einzelbetten zu tauschen. Die Lage auf dem Hügel hat ihre Vor- und Nachteile: Von der Entfernung her kann man die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten wunderbar zu Fuß erreichen. Der Rückweg bergauf ist allerdings extrem anstrengend, dessen sollte man sich bewusst sein. Das Hotel selbst ist schon etwas älter und wirkt stellenweise leider ein bisschen heruntergekommen. Auch bei der Sauberkeit gibt es noch Luft nach oben – sie war zwar insgesamt okay, hätte aber definitiv gründlicher sein können. Außerdem gab es keine Hausschuhe.

El hotel está bien por calidad y precio, habitaciones individuales muy pequeñas, detalles incómodos, como mala iluminación, no hay lámparas de mesa, y si viajas en verano pide habitación con Ac, además considera unos 10.00 euros diarios que tendrás que pagar por taxi ya que está en una colina difícil de caminar y peor si llevas equipage, Desayuno muy bueno abundante, pero si no deseas caminar colinas no te recomiendo

Rommene var rene og fine. Betjeningen i resepsjonen var helt ok. Frokosten på hotellet var god og variasjonen på brød og pålegg var bra. Det var hyggelige ansatte som jobbet i restauranten. De var hjelpsomme og serviceinnstilte. Jeg betalte ekstra for å få utsikt mot hagen å slippe å se en bakgård eller annen bygning. Det var bortkastede penger da det ikke fantes hage på hotellet. Fikk utsikt til det jeg kaller en bakgård. Alt i alt var det et fint opphold.

Gute Lage, aber leider enttäuschende Zimmer Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich gut – das ist leider auch schon der grösste Pluspunkt. Die Zimmer sehen überhaupt nicht so aus wie auf den Bildern. Alles wirkt alt und abgenutzt, und die Betten waren sehr unbequem. Auch der Lift ist ein Ärgernis: extrem langsam, veraltet und dazu noch ziemlich laut. Positiv erwähnen muss ich das Personal, das durchweg sehr freundlich war. Trotzdem würde ich hier niemals wieder ein Zimmer buchen. Schade – mit der guten Lage hätte das Hotel deutlich mehr Potenzial.
