La primera noche que llegué había ácaros en la cama. Le dije en recepción que me cambiaran las sábanas. La foto no se corresponde con el estado del hostal, que no hotel.

Nice hostel

Nice hostel, out of town but right next to the old town. Sacha was adorations ble and made a great impression, being as helpful as possible. Don’t expect a 4 stars hotel, it is a hostel, its condition isn’t the best but it’s clean, well located and you can park right in front of the building. Beautiful view on Sarajevo.

L'hôtel jouit d'une bonne situation, à la fois à l'écart de l’effervescence de la ville et proche de tous les points d’intérêts. Le personnel est accueillant et serviable , ils nous ont notamment réservé notre bus ainsi qu'un taxi pour notre départ de Sarajevo. Cependant, la porte de notre salle d'eau était cassée (complètement déchaussée) et n'a pas été réparé durant les trois nuits que nous avons passé à l'hôtel... Aussi, la douche n'avait pas de pare-douche (à priori également cassé) et à chaque douche, la salle d'eau était "inondée" même en étant précautionneux... De plus, l'état général de propreté laissait à désirer... La chambre en elle-même était correcte et tout à fait suffisante pour un court séjour comme le notre.
