"Beautiful hotel in a great location, right on the River Miljacka and about a 15-minute walk from the old town. We arrived in the morning and were pleasantly surprised to receive an early check-in — something we really appreciated after traveling. The staff were genuinely lovely: attentive, friendly, and extremely helpful. They offered great recommendations throughout our stay, and their warm attitude made a real difference. Breakfast was delicious, with a good variety and high-quality food. The Sky Lounge rooftop bar was another highlight — very tastefully decorated, with amazing city views, especially at night. The hotel feels new and very well maintained. Our twin room was spacious, with beds closer to three-quarter size, and a large, well-designed bathroom. The heating throughout the building was excellent, which was especially welcome at this time of year. The toiletries — shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hand wash — were also good quality, which added a nice touch. Overall, a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!"

"Staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is literally connected to the SCC which was SO continent for food and shopping!! Its also just a short 30 minute walk / 8 minute drive away from old town. You can also get the tram which is right outside the hotel by the mall entrance. There is even another mall right opposite outside with more food and shopping options. The room was clean, spacious and amazing views. 10/10"
