"Room was amazing, very comfortable and the view was incredible. Only a few minor cons. The laundry service is very expensive, the building is on centralized air and in winter won’t allow you to go below 23*C so the room got quite warm, and the bellhops did not offer any help with the luggage on check in (only appearing after a suitcase got caught in the revolving door and I had to press the emergency stop)."

"An excellent hotel with a warm and welcoming staff. We did not experience any discrimination toward Israelis at all, on the contrary, the service was wonderful.
The spa is of a very high standard with truly professional therapists, and the pool is great and enjoyable.
The breakfast is rich, tasty, and diverse, offering plenty of delicious options.
The rooms are clean, comfortable, and pleasant and the suite is highly recommended!
Only downside: the hotel is a bit far from the city center, so you’ll need a car or taxi to get around.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!"

"The lovely gentleman at the front escorted us to our room, and we had a welcome gift of cake! The view was breathtaking and the panorama restaurant on top of the hotel is both delicious and has another beautiful view of Sofia. Highly recommend this wonderful hotel. "
