Location is marvelous. A little oasis in the very big city of São Paulo. Breakfast was perfectly marvelous. Service was excellent. The lack of air conditioning was a negative.

The owner treated her guests as they were part of her own family. She was always very attentive and helpful. The pousada was a beautiful green oasis in the middle of the city. Our room had a little terrace where we could have taken breakfast. It had a great view of a little pond and luxuriant vegetation. The breakfast was a marvel in itself, cooked to order with a plethora of fruit, breads and cakes. Our room was very comfortable with all needed modern amenities. Overall, our stay was extremely comfortable and, above all, enjoyable. I can recommend, without any reservations, pousada Zilah and its owner Lucia.

Foi muito agradável em todos os sentidos. Ficamos num bom quarto, num ótima localização, o serviço e a disponibilidade dos funcionários sempre muito boa e a simpatia de D. Lúcia proprietária fecha com qualidade excepcional. Vale lembrar que é uma pousada não um hotel. Mas eu recomendo.

Lucia is a fantastic host and keeps a lovely hotel. The rooms are beautiful and have spacious, amenity-rich bathrooms. Balconies and outdoor spaces in the hotel are covered with plants and greenery. Breakfast is delicious -- it's very pleasant to sit on the outdoor patio. Lucia was accommodating and very helpful. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Pousada Zilah, house is simple but clean and comfortable. Breakfast is amazing with fresh fruit juice homemade bread and delicious fruits and yogurt. Our room didn't have AC or curtains so it was very bright early morning.

Excelente localização. Acolhida excepcional pela proprietária, Sra. Lúcia. Café da manhã com produtos orgânicos e produzidos pela própria família que recepciona seus hóspedes com atenção e carinho, mesmo antes da sua chegada. Local muito agradável, com jardim bem cuidado. Faz falta a disponibilização de opções de alimentos e bebidas em horário diferente do café da manhã.

This pousada is an oasis in the big city of Sao Paulo. Very friendly staff, the room was big and the bed comfortable. I loved the huge bathroom with the plants. From the balcony I had a great view of Sao Paulo. The breakfast was also very good. I would stay here again.

Great location, walk to Paulista street and several metros. It is right in the center of everything but is hidden in a super quiet alley. The breakfast was more than awesome. Lucy did a superb job. Her breakfast is as good as any moms home cooking. David is nice guy as well. He deserves some credits too. Overall it was great stay.

Great stay

I only stayed for one night but found the place to be lovely, especially the sunny balcony off my room. The breakfast was made to order and great (including tomatoes from the garden). As others have said, it's a lovely oasis and the staff is great. They were doing some construction during the day, which was a bit loud, but I don't know how longterm that will be.

Estadia absolutamente incrível. Um refúgio em São Paulo, apesar de ser do lado da Avenida Paulista 5 minutos a pé). Não imaginava que existia em São Paulo hospedagem tão completa. Nada impessoal como as redes de hotéis, mas com todo o conforto e aconchego. Quarto, área externa e café-da manhã maravilhosos. Espero voltar em breve.
