Achei bom o quarto, os travesseiros muito confortáveis, mas infelizmente achei uma formiguinha ou pulguinha na cama rs e um mosquitinho mas no geral é bom o quarto sim, tudo limpinho, o colchão achei meio desconfortável, tem ar condicionado e a persiana blackout automática

Reservei pra ficar 3 dias, entrando na segunda-feira e saindo na quarta-feira, reservei por quanta do café da manhã incluso. Porém no primeiro dia vimos a promoção do cardápio e pedimos, depois falaram que não tínhamos direito de pedir o café da manhã pq pegamos os pratos da promoção. Eu acho que eles deveria ter explicado desde início pra que não haja dores de cabeça nem pra gente (hóspede) e nem para as recepcionistas.

Pela segunda vez voltamos a esse lugar, porque da primeira vez amamos o atendimento, o jantar, o café da manhã, o quarto, o preço e a hospitalidade, mas desta vez a atendente não estava com a menor vontade de nos surpreender positivamente como fez da 1 vez, no jantar a carne estava dura e mal passada e um valor absurdo, o café parecia que era para uma pessoa e os frios com cor e cheiro estranho, apenas 1 jogo de toalhas muito finas que encharcou no primeiro uso, paguei por um upgrade de apto, a taxa não foi tão alta, porém fiquei bem decepcionada com a diferença de tratamento e de preço final que o estabelecimento realizou ao invés de ter um servico melhor pq paguei mais caro, tive um tratamento pior, o serviços do hoteis.com é maravilhoso, utilizei algumas vezes e todas fiquei satisfeita, mas o local dessa vez decepcionou.
