Is an extremely old property, I woke up sweaty because the air conditioning didn't work, the internet was conspicuous by its absence, there was never any, the area where the hotel was located was not the best, the streets were dirty and there were a lot of brothels around. The breakfast was very good and the staff VERY KIND

A nice hotel w/excellent cost-benefit relation and next to Paulista Avenue Beds are quite comfortable and sheets are soft, cozy. Shower is excellent, w/a strong stream of water. Room is clean and has AC. Also, the breakfast is really good, w/a nice variety of breads, cakes and fruits. Can't complain about the employees, they were polite and helpful. Totally recommend it

Great location, friendly and English speaking front desk staff. Didn’t get to experience room service as first day I’ve stayed there i slept most of the time and second day for some reason they didn’t service the room after i left to explore the city but that’s fine as i really didn’t need the housekeeping. Amenities are dated and definitely require refresh. But I’d definitely stay there again

Terrible and dirty place with bugs. Service is poor and the rooms don’t even have basic amenities. The hotel is not at all maintained. The owner of the property is very rude to the customers when asked for a service and doesn’t care about customers. Worst hotel I stayed so far! Please, avoid at any cost!

Os funcionários são educados. O café da manhã é bom, sem luxo. Algumas observações importantes: O hotel fica ao lado de uma boate que funciona 24h. A música rolou a noite toda e isso incomoda. A internet não funcional no quarto, apenas na recepção, reclamei, mas ninguém resolveu o problema. O quarto 205 não tem tomada perto da cama e os abajures não consegui encontrar o bocal para desligar, tive que desenroscar as lâmpadas. O quarto tbm tem uma pessima iluminação. As luzes são fracas e pequenas espalhadas no teto. Vc vai vai se hospedar e precisa descansar, de internet e de tomada perto da cama não aconselho a se hospedar nele.

Sempre fico neste hotel, porém é a segunda vez, em menos de 1 mês, que não funciona o Wi-Fi. A sensação é que o hotel está sendo abandonado, portas quebradas, sem manutenção, box do banheiro quebrado, enfim, ótimo hotel mas sendo abandonado, uma pena. Café da manhã continua bom.

Equipe muito prestativa,café da manhã gostoso, roupas de cama confortáveis, espaço amplo e muito bem localizado. A nota razoável é por conta do barulho. O hotel fica ao lado de uma casa noturna que funciona 24h e pra quem fica nos quartos ao lado descansar é complicado.
