The staff is exceptional !! Everyone is eager to help and make your stay a memorable one. I was so impressed with the hostess of the breakfast buffet that I paid a compliment to the hotel manager about how she made everyone in the breakfast dining area feel so welcomed. I highly recommend this hotel - 5 stars

It’s a nice hotel but definitely overpriced. It’s really a three star hotel not a five star. Breakfast is very expensive and selection is limited. Overall experience is OK, but not something I would recommend it as a must stay.

Unfortunately the rooms smelled mold I had to come downstairs on the 2nd night because the smell was horrible and I could breath.. I was offered other rooms and they were equally bad. I had 2 friends that came to the room and they felt it one of the has asthma that immediately had an attack. All I wanted was my money back .and forget the experience. I SINCE HAVE CHANGED HOTELS. Which I booked with Expedia also. I wonder why didn't Expedia didn't help also

Gostaria de registrar algumas observações sobre minha hospedagem, pois sempre associei a rede Fasano a um padrão de excelência em hospitalidade e atenção aos detalhes. Confesso que me surpreendi com algumas mudanças percebidas tanto nas amenidades quanto na qualidade de alguns serviços. Ao chegarmos ao apartamento, o banheiro apresentava um odor desagradável, como se tivesse acabado de ser utilizado, o que causou uma primeira impressão bastante negativa. Também me chamou a atenção a qualidade do papel higiênico disponibilizado, que me pareceu aquém do padrão que normalmente encontro nos hotéis da rede. O serviço de governança também deixou a desejar em alguns aspectos. Solicitei um chá no apartamento e foi enviada uma chaleira elétrica que não estava funcionando. Além disso, não foram disponibilizadas xícaras para chá. Havia apenas xícaras de café no apartamento e, como já haviam sido utilizadas pela manhã, também não foram repostas. Em contrapartida, gostaria de destacar o excelente atendimento da equipe do restaurante. Os garçons foram extremamente atenciosos, cordiais e prestativos durante toda a estadia, merecendo meu reconhecimento. Compartilho essas observações de forma construtiva, pois reconheço e admiro a tradição do Fasano em oferecer uma experiência diferenciada. Justamente por conhecer o elevado padrão da rede, acredito que esses pontos merecem atenção para que a excelência, marca registrada do hotel, seja plenamente mantida.
