The pool and gym areas were really run down. Nothing like the pictures for sure! Not a space to hang out and relax. The breakfast is fine, but there is no espresso machine the guests can self-serve which is absurd. Even cheaper hotels have a nespresso machine for guests, available at least during breakfast. There is a bar where you can order coffee outside of breakfast but most times they can’t run the machine or have no milk! I saw a blood spot in one of my “clean” towels. The towels were frayed. Service was fine. Room service comes around 2-3 pm every day.

I would like to complain about the fact that my sister got a key to my room at 5:30AM. Although it was my sister I cannot believe that a hotel can give someone else a key because anyone can tell that and could be a false claim. She opened my room and had towels that were given to her at the front desk to take a shower. I am appalled until today. With all the security risks in SP I think it would be appreciated that you review the protocols at your front desk. Thanks, Raquel
