They were doing construction on the property at night. I notified them of the noise that was disturbing me along with recordings of hammering and they were asking me to go out in my hallway to try to figure out where it’s coming from. I’m in a high-rise building, how am I supposed to figure that out?

I had a booking for several nights. First there was huge problems checking in. Hadnt recieved a door code and reception was clueless regarding checkin. Door code didnt work so got a new room. Smaller and there the AC was not working. Couldnt be fixed so another change of rooms. This time things worked. But door frame kept falling apart. Someone came to fix but he just pushed the door frame back fastened with 1 nail. Asked for more toilet paper and soqp but was told to go buy it ourselves. I think 2 rolls of toilet paper for 2 persons 6 nights its a bit little to be honest.

Superou as expectativas, apt bem aconchegante, novo, praticidade no acesso, com sacada, cama confortável, muito legal!!! Única coisa que incomodou foi o barulho do exaustor do banheiro, falta manutenção e faz um barulho muito desconfortável.

Espaço muito bom e ótima localização
Quarto em que fiquei tem uma boa estrutura e estava limpo e organizado. Tem uma varanda excelente pra trabalhar, tomar um café ou mesmo passar um tempo. Algo que fez falta e já tive em outro quarto do Charlie foi filtro/purificador de água. Para este caso, tive que comprar água mineral.
