if i would live in sao paulo, I would spend 30 days a month in this hotel. Nice staff, good breakfast, close to everything. tehre is even a great gym next door to hotel.

I stayed in a room with two single beds. I was given two room keys, but my booking was just for one person. I had a friend coming into my room over two nights, we went to a few bars but he didn’t stay with me. When I checked out I was told that I needed to pay about 50USD extra for having a guest despite the fact that he did not stay, and the room is indeed for two people. The air-conditioning was crappy, the single bed was far too small and uncomfortable. Very average hotel, and a very bad checkout experience, being charged extra money. What a rip off.

Hotel muy bonito, tranquilo. Desayuno muy bueno. Único problema fue que desde que llegamos solicitamos la plancha de ropa, la primera vez nos dijeron que no estaba disponible. A la mañana siguiente la solicitamos nuevamente a las 06:20 da manhã e tampoco estaba disponible. Esperamos 3 horas para poder usarla y nunca estuvo disponible. Hablamos en la recepción y dijeron que por el horario no podían llamar a los cuartos a pedir la planchas ( tres planchas en total) Teníamos un congreso y necesitábamos planchar nuestra ropa. Llegamos en la noche y nuevamente solicitamos la plancha, una vez más, no tenían disponible, esperamos y esperamos y esperamos y nada. Solo fue a la mañana siguiente, el día que nos íbamos, que el funcionario Leonardo, que estuvo el 12/09/26 en recepción, que hizo todo lo posible por ayudarnos. Entro en contacto y solicito una plancha de las tres disponibles. Toda esa historia hizo que la estadía no fuera tan agradable en cuestión de organización.

A localização é boa, apesar de não ser seguro transitar muito tarde da noite. O hotel tem estacionamento subterrâneo terceirizado. Faltam funcionários para atender no café da manhã, tivemos que aguardar muito tempo para limparem a mesa para tomarmos café, com a reposição lenta demais. O quarto tinha alguns itens quebrados, mas o quarto estava limpo e a cama era boa.
