Another great apartment by 360.

The apartment was amazing. The location is very good and there plenty of things within walking distance. I really enjoyed my stay here. 360 is a great company. I've stayed in a couple different places in Sao Paulo with them and the price for the value is perfect.

Really horrible do not stay here it is trash, bugs, animals, blood stains, bed bugs, not clean, cheap products, horrible check in process, terrible front desk operators. Skip at all costs. Neighborhood is also terrible

Deixou a desejar, chegamos já me assustei com o cheiro forte do corredor do prédio e o apartamento parecia que estava meses fechado, cheiro forte, as toalhas todas molhadas e não fizeram a troca imediata pelo atendimento, a sorte que tínhamos uma toalha na mala que íamos usar na praia (próximo destino), o banheiro estava um pouco sujo e a pia estava com cano solto sem possibilidade de uso, gavetas da cozinha com baratinhas pequenas, não voltaria nesse prédio, precisa de mais cuidados para os próximos hospedes, esse hotel foi daqueles que o barato sai caro.

Não recomendo. Propaganda enganosa. Não tinha nem sequer cabide, panelas e o copo da cafeteira, como liberam uma estadia de 17 dias neste estado? Com muita luta levaram a panela, mas estava velha e sem indução e nunca levaram o copo da cafeteira e ficou por isso mesmo

A localização é muito boa, você consegue ir a pé até a 25 de março, mercadao, liberdade e alguns pontos turísticos. Entretanto o apartamento tinha muitas baratinhas e insetos, e a cama tinha um lado que estava quebrado.

Check in complicadíssimo.

O check in é muito complicado. Ė um apart hotel. Cheguei a noite com minha filha e não tinha entendido que teria que ligar em número que passaria um link para ser preenchido e que depois geraria um senha que deveria ser digitada para dar acesso a entrada do hotel. Fiquei no desespero sem poder entrar pois cheguei a noite, sem bateria no celular e sem o código para acesso a portaria que dependendo do horário não tem ninguém. Com um agravante pior que é o local : muitos pedintes, assaltantes, moradores de rua ,etc. Enfim, não vale o risco .

CUIDADO BUCHA ESSE QUARTO.

Cuidado com essa acomodação, é um apartamento confortável, mais o sistema para entrar é ruim, fiquei 2 horas na recepção em contato com hotel.com para achar minha reserva, após tudo isso cheguei no quarto senha errada nao abria a porta mais 1 hora para entrar no quarto mais uma vez entrei em contato com hotel.com depois de muita insistência, quase desistindo conseguiram me da um senha correta, nao tem ninguem na recepção para ajudar a resolver o problema voce tem que corre atrás direto na plataforma é muito demorado, nao recomendo, bairro perigoso voce tem que fica na rua aguardado solução porque nao deixam voce acessa o predio sem a reserva.

Excelente Acomodação Em relação A estrutura física do edifício.mas deixou a desejar no checkin, pois o porteiro nos deixou lado de fora no sol.quanto ao Wifi, ele praticamente NAO FUNCIONA. No mais, a vista e acomodação sao perfeitas.
