"Local excelente, limpo e muito confortável, porém foi reservado para 4 clientes e tinha apenas 2 toalhas de banho e não havia roupa de cama para o sofá cama. Um edredon e sem fronhas para os travesseiros, na verdade havia somente 1 travesseiro e nem lençol para forrar. Para a cama de casal a roupa de cama estava completa. Deixaram de cortesia 2 cápsulas de café, sendo que éramos 4 pessoas. Falhou na comunicação e no material necessário para a estadia ser mais positiva."

"Great location, clean apartment with everything you need to cook. Great with A/C on hot days/nights. The single beds were very comfortable, with extra linens and pillows where needed. Great view that was private/quiet instead of looking out into the street. Easy communication with staff on WhatsApp. Happy we could store luggage for free at the office as we waited for our departure train.
Doesn't have a freezer in the fridge but not a huge deal. A bit humid and hard to dry towels inside or...

"Great location but very difficult or expensive to park if you have a car. Easy to walk to all the major sights and central plaza. Air conditioning worked randomly. Sometimes just switched to heat for no reason. Fire alarm went off at 7:00 in the morning. Communication with ‘Marie’ proved to be an AI robot. It took 45 minutes for someone to turn off the alarm while all the building occupants waited outside. No response from multiple calls to the fire department."

"Perfect except for neighbors were very noisy and smoked a lot which seeped into the room and could hear all the noise. Wouldn’t have bothered me too much if it hadn’t lasted until 3 or 4 in the morning, so no sleep was possible. Happily they checked out a day before we did so we had one night of peace. Otherwise the place is wonderful and would probably stay there again. "
