Limpeza deplorável. Quartos espaçosos, mas a limpeza deixa a desejar, principalmente no banheiro. Mobília precisa de manutenção.
O café da manhã não tem nehuma fruta ou suco.
O piso dos corredores e áreas comuns é revestido com um tipo de pedra que absorve gordura. Gerando um aspecto horroroso.
A propriedade está completamente abandonada. O jardim está com muito mato, os espaços de lazer estão...
