"O hotel é novo, então tudo está muito bem conservado. O decepcionante foi o tamanho dos quartos: se você está querendo passar muito tempo no hotel, repense, pois a acomodação dupla é muito apertada e a acústica é péssima. Outro ponto que nos chamou a atenção foi que pediram todos os nossos dados de forma antecipada por WhatsApp e, quando chegamos lá, simplesmente não havia nada preenchido de forma antecipada. "Quarto sujo, cabelo no lençol, banheiro quando cheguei tava alagado. Pedi pra eles enxugarem o banheiro, o que foi feito e no dia seguinte pedi pra trocar de quarto. O outro quarto tava mais organizado."

"Paid for a superior twin room for three nights. Noticed bathroom smelled like urine. Noticed mold in the bathroom ceilng. Too a shwer to go in to town and the shower water heater did not work. So we took a cold shower. Called staff and they moved us to a single twin room. The second room had water on the floor from the A/C condensate lines dripping down onto the bathroom floor. There was mold on the ceiling of that batroom too. Television satellite station did not work. Had to watch YouTube....
