O hotel esta muito bem localizado, no lindo centro histórico de São Francisco do Sul e portanto um hotel antigo. O que poderia ser um charme, mas além de antigo o hotel é mal conservado, com limpeza questionável e não oferece conforto. No banheiro uma toalha de banho fina e gasta (não havia toalha ...

とても良い立地ときれいなホテルだが、受付システムに難あり、でした
Hotesl.comで予約し、チェックインの際、英語で印刷したバウチャーを示したが、受付に手間取り、様子をポルトガル語で聞くと上手く予約できていなかった様子。散々待たされて、貴重な時間を失ったのが残念。にこやかで愛想はよいが、詫びる言葉もなく、訪問予定のお店にも行けず、そんをした感は否めない。インターネットも客の名前をいれた客室ごとの設定に手間取り、これも時間を失う。ホテルは世界どこへ行ってもこのチェーンはきれいで快適な品質があるので満足。スタッフの継続教育が必要でしょう。
