"The overall experience was good however check in very lengthy since the receptionist was giving a lot of details including restaurant menu to the people in front of me. I was offered a welcome drink which never got since the one I got shortly after I checked in which it was a gin and tonic I ended up paying for it during check out; when I inquired about it in regards to the welcome drink reception said I still had to pay. "Huge lovely apartment with a full kitchen. Very clean and comfortable. Good location close to the cathedral for easy walking around town. Only downside was the amount of noise off the street. Vehicles and people…it hadn’t seemed like a busy street when we arrived but it turned out to be busy late in the evening and then again in the morning. Would be good to have better sound proofing shutters on the windows. Otherwise a fabulous place and would be wonderful for a couple families or small...

"Stayed for 1 night with kids…great spacious hotel 5-8 mins walk to the Evora walled city. Several onsite facilities which we couldn’t use because they close by 7-8pm…I wish they stayed open late so we can enjoy after our full day excursion in the city. Excellent spread of breakfast buffet for every age and appetite. They also apparently had buffet dinner which we weren’t aware but looked quite appealing."
