"As an avid traveller, this might be one of the greatest hotels I have been in. The employees continually helped me in every situation I was put in front of including during check in, daily taxi calls, and day-to-day requests. Specifically the most helpful staff member was "Klaus" at the front desk and the few fellows at the front entrance. Everyday they were able to provide me with incredible information, in english nonetheless, which I Seldom came across in Xi'an. I could probably write an entire review just about the breakfast, but I will most definitely be putting together a review video depicting the idyllic rooms and architecture of the entire hotel. Everything was so well designed, practical, and made me feel like I was living in luxury. 5 Stars, for others I say come here."

"I want to commend your reception staff (Eiffel and Dex) for their willingness to help us when we needed it most. We had misplaced our phone on our way to the hotel in the bullet train. Despite not knowing the language he assisted us promptly by calling the relevant people and helped greatly with the recovery within 24 hours. I really appreciate his gesture and am thankful for his kind gesture. Because of such staff your country’s image is enhanced more. I have a more positive image of China now from this experience."

One Meter Sunshine Xi'an Xianyang International Airport Hotel

"This hotel is located in a poor village about 10mins ride at T2, not as mentioned on the website no more than 1mile away from the airport. The hotel looks like old with dirty stairs and room doors. I felt bad that night."
