This is a lovely, architect-designed house purpose-built with industrial chic in mind, probably in the early 2000s. Constructed of fiberglass and metal with a concrete floor. So if that is not your thing, then this will not appeal. That noted, it has an appealing minimalist simplicity—and a very well-equipped kitchen. Location is attractive in a good neighborhood that’s a 15-minute walk from the “scene” on the Sanxenxo waterfront. Probably ideal for a stay in late spring, all of summer and early fall. Sincerely recommended, with the understanding previously described. Communication with the owner is superb.
