The two Elevators are very slow and always busy. Not unusual to wait 5-10 minutes until you can go in. The room and furniture do have clear signs of wear. The cooler did its job and cooled down the room to a good temperature, but rather noisy doing so. The breakfast is maximum okay’ish. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beautiful view in the beach.

El hotel muy bién ubicado, lo que podría considerarse un inconveniente es el tema del estacionamiento, pero por un valor razonable existe Valet Parking, el desayuno es excelente, existe una pequeña piscina en el ultimo piso que sirve para pasar un rato.

Excelente localização, mas com problemas.

Melhor localização de Santos. Colaboradores educados. Apartamento amplo. No entanto, este hotel, localizado no prédio onde funcionava o Novotel, tem alguns problemas de concepção, manutenção, e operação. O chão do apartamento fica grudento com facilidade, em caso de tempo ruim, por conta da maresia. A televisão fica na sala, na qual existe um sofá que não é confortável (atualmente, não tem TV no quarto). Os hóspedes recebem apenas uma chave magnética por apartamento (mesmo que seja mais de um hóspede), e tem de assinar um termo se comprometendo a pagar R$ 20,00 ao hotel em caso de perda. Na hora do check out, o hóspede é obrigado a esperar pela conferencia física do frigobar, que demora uma eternidade.
