Everything was just wonderful! The view outside the hotel is spectacular, and Chris did a fantastic job helping us during the trip. We loved our stay here. I highly recommend this place.

The property has kitchenette and was a really great spot to watch the sunset away from the crowds. Chris was also great at recommending to dos, sights to see, and local restaurants! We loved it here.

Beautiful spot for sunset views, although to see the full sunset the location would have to be a little more east, the buildings block the view before the sun completely sets. Such great service, taking our luggage to and from the room, which would have been impossible for us to do; it is so steep with many steps. Very clean room and comfortable. We preferred Oia over Fira for shopping and dining but that is personal preference. Watch out for the taxi drivers. We got scammed by one going from Oia to the black sand beach. Try the buses or ask someone in a shop or restaurant for recommendations in getting around.

This accommodation exceeded all my expectations. It somehow looked even better than in photos with a panoramic view of the Caldera. Chris was the most lovely and accommodating host who made our stay one of the most enjoyable so far. He even gave us a cute little souvenir bag filled with Santorini keepsakes when we checked out. This suite is right in the heart of Oia so we were able to catch amazing views of the sunset from our very own private perch with a table and chairs without having to battle the crowds further up. Would happily stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks Chris :)

The host was a 10/10. He stayed in contact with us at all times, both before our arrival and throughout our stay, making everything very easy. He provided breakfast, water, and even a bottle of Prosecco. He also helped us with our luggage up and down Santorini’s many steps and gave us excellent recommendations for places to eat and visit. The accommodation was exactly as shown in the photos: clean, comfortable for three people, and with a lovely small terrace where we enjoyed breakfast every morning. It was charming and made us feel like part of the island. We would definitely stay here again, both because of the accommodation itself and because of the exceptional host.

Five stars for hose. Chris is such a great person. He helped us with our luggage’s and explain everything to us, gave us some excellent suggestions for dining. The room is a little small for the price but I can understand it they only rent out is nigh season and for the location the price is fair. It is also best for sunset as it is only 5 mins away from the famous Caldera.

Amazing service

Chris who organize all about the stay is an amazing host with great recommendations for Oia. He can also organize boat cruises. The cave rooms are fantastic with small private areas, fridge, coffee machine, AC and all things you need. He also run a family owned store nearby for small things. We had a wonderful time and feel so lucky we got to stay here. I would say the only challenge can be to find the place as there are many hotels and a jungle of small streets to navigate through. Chris is very available though so its easy to be guided.

Location is fantastic. However, without Chris' help in carrying my luggage, it would not have been possible for me to go there as there are small steps. I booked after reading the reviews about how helpful Chris is and it is so true. He kept contacting me to find out about my time of arrival so he could come and carry my luggage! He was at the bus stop waiting for me and happily carried my luggage both way. Thank you Chris.

Chris was very helpful up and very friendly, went out of his make sure I had everything I needed. The property was clean and in a perfect location to watch the sunset of sit on the patio and enjoy the amazingly. Best service I've ever received, will book again no question asked.
