100% recommend staying here. To begin with the wow factor when we arrived, the views are amazing. Everything was spotless, nothing was too much trouble, service was amazing. Reception were so helpful with organising a boat trip, booking airport transfers etc, generally giving recommendations. Very friendly. We had the honeymoon room with hot tub and would definitely recommend. We had room 18, it was at the bottom of the steps so had nobody below us and was very private. Uninterrupted views. Breakfast delivered to the room each morning, you select a time slot and what you would like from a list in reception the night before. Dressing gowns and slippers were a lovely touch to wear to eat breakfast on the balcony. Everything was perfect. We loved it and would definitely come back and recommend. Thank you.

We highly recommend Kasimatis. The view was breathtaking from our balcony. The breakfast delivered each morning to our balcony was some of the best food we had on our trip. The walking path from Fira to Oia passes right next to the property. The entire property is clean and beautiful. All staff are friendly and helpful. Our hosts Salome and Nikos couldn’t have been better. They are always friendly and helpful and go out of their way to answer any questions and take care of any needs we had.

I cannot say enough wonderful thing about this hotel. The room was fantastic, super clean and had everything we could ask for. Everything we ordered from the menu was excellent. The only thing that matched the fabulous views was the staff. Every single person from the desk clerks, bar staff and cleaning staff are superb. We were well taken care of and deeply appreciate how helpful and friendly they were. I also can’t forget the wonderful gentleman that helps heave luggage up and down those massive steps. If you are considering staying in the area I highly recommend this hotel, don’t hesitate and booked it. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing trip!!!

We celebrated my wifes 50th birthday here. And it did not disappoint. The staff was amazing! Great Hotel restaurant! The breakfast was delicious, with many options so you don't get tired of eating the same thing wvery day. The location was great for our needs. Not in the most tourist-filled locations, but easily accessible via a quick 2 to 3 minute walk to the bus stop location. Amazing views of the Caldera! Lastly, Nikos was awesome to work with. He was extremely helpful with anything we needed! As were all the staff. We have a great experience!

The staff from the moment that we arrived were wonderful and welcoming. The room was great, with a beautiful view of the caldera as well as a private hot tub connected to us. The hot tub was a little on the cooler side, but it was still doable to enjoy for a little bit. Unfortunately the pool wasnt heated, as we were there in April while it was still pretty cool. Our drinks from the pool side bar were delicious as well. The daily breakfast brought to your balcony or inside if you like was delicious and always a delight. They have a restaurant connected to them, that we unfortunately didn't try, but it has good ratings. We ended up walking right outside our resort to a little local spot, that was absolutely delicious with excellent service and still an excellent view of the caldera and sunset. There is also a nearby corner store if you need anything extra that served us well as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and wish we could've stayed longer.

This hotel, our luxury room, and the reception staff were excellent and what you would expect from an expensive, luxury hotel (good tour options suggested, transfers arranged, etc). The room was spacious and very comfortable. Bed comfy. The breakfast - delivered to our balcony each morning, was delicious (there was too much of it!). There is no onsite restaurant. The staff was efficient but not overly friendly. The bar and pool area were wonderful annd relaxing annd offered gorgeous views. Our private hot tub was appreciated on the hot days (when it seemed cooler) and on cooler mornings (when it seemed warmer). The view incredible. A single bottle of water was provided on day 1. For the price of the hotel there should have been one provided daily as tap water is undrinkable. Towels were replaced daily (even when we hung them for reuse) so not a super eco friendly hotel. Tons of steps which some older folks seemed to struggle with (no elevator). Imerovigli is a great spot to stay- walkable to Thira but not as busy and overrun with tourists like Thira. We loved our stay and would happily return BUT our sense was that all the hotels in Santorini with a caldera view (which is nearly all the hotels in Santorini!) were a variation of the same. A hotel with a pool and patio area is an absolute must, and the rest is just a question of luxury wants and how much money you want to spend.

This hotel is absolutely incredible. Incredible staff. Incredible views. Incredible rooms. Everything....Incredible. It would be impossible to have any regrets staying at this hotel. The hotel is located at the top of Fira, beyond the crest of the road. So it has a perfect unobstructed view of the West. Each room is set so you can watch the sunset from your balcony. The room itself is spacious and comfortable. If you request anything, they are very quick to help. And they truly will help you in any way they can. There is a walkable trail that runs perpendicular between the upper pool area, and the lower hotels. This trail can take you on a scenic walk around the island, passing lots of other great restaurants and bars, and will lead you to the main square. Up at that top of the hotel is the restaurant (and I should clarify that the hotel is not a building. But rather individual building clustered up the hill side. So top in this case is the main area at the top of their part of the hillside). Beyond that is the street, and there is a small market right there. Theres a few restaurants, shops, and pharmacy within 10 minutes walk. But there is even more to this story. I got inflicted with an exceedingly rare inner ear infection that started just before my arrival. Each day I needed some help. The staff was there at every turn. They helped coordinate literally everything. I'm limited to 1500 characters. But I want to wish a heartfelt thank you to everyone
