"We stayed for one night and arrived to a really awesome hotel, very clean, very nice reception crew. The next days morning shuttle was so easy. We had a perfect stay and plan to stay there next time we are in Madrid. Thank you for a great stay!!!!"

"All the staff from the those at the front desk to the bar and restaurant are very friendly and professional. The breakfast is very good and has options for everyone. The food at the bar is good and has vegetarian options. We took the shuttle from the airport (door 14 at Terminal 1) and the return shuttle from the hotel. The shuttle does not have to be reserved. There was lots of room for our golf clubs and suitcases even though the shuttle was full. Our room was very clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. "

"I didnt know they had a shuttle (i didnt ask previously) so I took a taxi to get there. Which they do in fact have. The hotel is in a residential area near the aipport however the taxi driver had no problem finding the hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly. I was very early to check in but they allowed me to wait in the lobby and charge my phone. I dont know if they had a pool or anything. They do have laundry facilities but its a 24 hour turn around time. My room was very nice with a mini fridge and safe which is located in the closet. I had absolutely no issues with checking in or checking out. Highly recommend However, you will receive 2 keys. One key will have to go inside the little tech thing thats on the wall right next to the door in order to work the lights and hair dryer. I didnt know that until way late at night. "

"There were pieces of hair around the room (on the bathroom counter, the bedding, and the counter under the TV), which was not pleasant to see. They had Dove products (hand soap, shampoo, body wash), which was nice. The breakfast was also really good - they had typical options like bread, eggs, and bacon (as well as churros). It tasted much better than the breakfast at most hotels! Also, the shuttle bus to the airport actually costs 6 euros, not 5 euros."

"No airport shuttle as we were led to believe Restaurant was like a cafeteria style but the food was very good. For Spain the breakfast buffet was very good Staff seemed a bit unorganized but friendly Room was plain with only basic amenities No shampoo, no hand towel or face clothes I don’t think we would stay here again "
