He greeted us each morning at breakfast with coffees and special treats, as we watched Mount Etna fuming in the distance. He also helped us park and load the car. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel itself was convenient for the sights. I would absolutely recommend a stay! Thanks for everything Paolo!"

Hotel staff was excellent. We didn’t like the immediate area outside the hotel which was dirty, garbage, etc. The “sea view” room we reserved didn’t have a great view due to construction. More a view of an adjacent parking lot."

We will definitely be back and highly recommend it, as we had such a wonderful experience."
