The place is pretty. It is quiet. The staff very helpful. The food was delicious. The bathroom has no mirror. The bedroom was spacious, but was missing plug outlets. There is a hole on the wall for an outlet installation. The side lamps by the beds are missing outlets. One can plug your phone from the outlet behind the tv or the mini fridge in the room.

I liked that room was kept up nice, nights were morderate with noise, great pool, good location for me to take morning walks. I did not like that the person I came to see had to leave her id at the desk when she came to see me and that they put a time limit on her stay to see me when it got around 9, the bed is far too hard and far too little blankets on the bed. And like many others have said, WIFI is not good.

This hotel may be no good for those not Spanish speakers. Staff don’t speak English and even did not know the meaning of the word “tour” when asking about it. Very noisy restaurant with music to the highest volume, poor transportation available with a recommended risky taxi with no seat belt, no lights in a very poor driving environment. I changed rooms 3 times in 4 days due to no electricity, pool internet reception. Limited breakfast buffet, confused dinner order. Other than that, the patio and the pool area were excellent.

This is a noisy place.., looks like cantina, discotheque or any party place 16 hours a day, the Kitchen service and restaurant is so bad, the waitress are like mad all the times with bad mud.., they never smile, looks like angry girls., the only nice person is the security guards.,

Is a great place, the stuff are very nice, i have been going back for several years, great location, not too fancy but nice place. My only suggestion will be make sure everything is working perfectly in the room before checking it I know things may happen but there are things that can be addressed before the guests check in. After this this is solve I will give 5 stars
