The neighborhood wasn't the sexiest but the house was a short 10 minute taxi ride to central Oaxaca. A/C unit is the TV area only. Bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. This wasn't an issue for us since it was cool during our stay. Staff is extremely responsive. We had an incident where the family in the upstairs unit parked 2 large vehicles in the courtyard. This disappointed us since our space was specifically marketed as "outdoor space, pingpong table".
