Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The hotel appeared to be seriously understaffed, and the lack of staff had a major impact on the quality of service. The two women who worked during breakfast were absolutely excellent. They were friendly, attentive, and professional, and they were the only staff members who truly stood out during our stay. Unfortunately, the rest of the service was extremely poor. The gentleman working at the rooftop terrace in the evening was very rude and unprofessional when attending to guests. Because there were not enough employees, the waiting times were extremely long. We went to the terrace simply to have a drink and had to wait approximately 30 minutes before our drinks arrived. We also saw two women who wanted to have something to eat. They waited even longer than we did and eventually had to leave because nobody ever attended to them. The entire situation was chaotic and unacceptable for a hotel. In my opinion, this hotel has a serious management and staffing problem. Good service should be a basic priority, and unfortunately, that was not our experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only positive aspect of our stay was the excellent service provided by the two women at breakfast. Other than that, the overall experience was very disappointing.
