The location of the hotel is perfect for strolling around La Condensa and Roma. The rooms are very clean. The roof top is a great place to unwind and enjoy some warm sun after a long morning of walking and exploring. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place.

Bell boys were very helpful and courteous. The rest of the staff was just ok. The cleaning lady did not leave coffee and did not complete the room, left her access card on. I called the lobby for coffee and took the order but never came. The next day only left one scoop of coffee and no sugar. Very stingy. There is no hot water in the shower. Terrible!

I went for the weekend and it was such a good stay from the room, the staff, and the food, especially breakfast!!
All the staff through out the hotel was super sweet and attentive.
I’d like to give a speak shoutout to Roberto for helping my grandmother get around while I was at a concert.
Would definitely recommend and hope to come back soon!

"We stayed here because the hotel was close to an event we needed to attend. There is not much around the area but we were looking for a new modern hotel. It was clean, we got the biggest suite available which was spacious. It was definitely a four star hotel but much better than we expected."
