Luna Suite review

Great for the price, nice central location and very close to the Santa Lucia metro station so you can get pretty much anywhere very easily. Quite a small room, with either two single beds or a double, plus a roller pull-out bed and another single bed in quite a confined space. Better for 3 people rather than 4. The room gets serviced every weekday and they replace towels etc. The wifi was good, the signal dropped at one point but the manager fixed it asap. The front desk staff do not speak any english, and the manager speaks very little so have a phrase book handy if you need anything. It was quite noisy at night time as there were a lot of rooms in a small space.

La ubicación. No me gustó que era muy muy frío, tanto que terminamos con un resfriado fabuloso. No tenía calefacción y si bien es primavera el viento de la cordillera es helado. Deberían tener estufas. A partir de las 17 se ponía congelado. No le da el sol en ningún momento. Pasamos frío.

Waste of money

First of all, this is not a hotel or tourist apartments. It's residence apartment block, so you get no help from the front desk, no access to the gym and no access to the laundry room. We booked this place on the understanding we could use the the gym and laundry room, the website gave false information. When cooking in the kitchen, the power would cut out every 30 seconds, the people who own the apartment were unhelpful in fixing this. My advice would be not to bother and go somewhere else.

ホテルと思っていたら、マンションでした。言葉も問題ありました。フロントデスクにいる人はスペイン語しかできません。チェックアウトの時に、問題発生しました。フロントデスクの人はお金の精算はしてくれませんでした。その時初めてここが民泊という事に気づきました。その後フロントデスクの人が貸主に連絡を取ってくれ、その人と直接お金のやり取りをしてようやくチェックアウトできました。約1時間くらいかかりました。急いでいたら言葉も通じないしかなりあせる状況でした。

Bom quarto. Preço justo. Próximo ao meu local de interesse, porém muito barulhento e sem blackout nas janelas. Não é ideal para quem quer relaxar. Somente para quem o utilizar somente para dormir à noite. Durante o dia é impossível cochilar. Muito barulho urbano e claridade total em todos os cômodos.

O apartamento é confortável com cozinha, microondas, frigobar e utensílios necessários. Localização é boa à algumas quadras do metrô, mas dá para fazer vários passeios à pé. Como era apartamento não tinha limpeza diária mas trocaram as toalhas de banho 1 vez na estadia de 1 semana.

Como ya había comentado, fue una estafa. Una vez que llegué, me tomó los datos, sacó fotos a la documentos, y al último me dijo que no recibía tarjetas, cuando la reserva la hice con tarjeta. Ficamos muito decepcionados com o estado em que se encontrava o apartamento. Quando entramos parecia tudo em ordem, entretanto, bastou ficarmos alguns minutos dentro para ver que estava sujo (bolas de poeira em algumas partes do apartamento), toalhas sujas, lençóis de cama sujos, inclusive com pelos pubianos... NOJENTO! A cama também era muito desconfortável, era possível sentir as molas na hora de dormir... sem falar que havíamos pedido cama de casal e ao chegarmos nos deparamos com duas de solteiro... Ademais, o WI-FI era de péssima qualidade... mal e mal abriam os e-mails... e a conexão caía a todo momento. Se estão oferecendo um serviço que o prestem com qualidade!!!! Por fim, não recomendo a permanência neste local. A viagem foi maravilhosa, enquanto não estávamos dentro desse apartamento...!
